CM 100

DESCRIPTION: Manual control applicable to the hydraulic versions CR130H - CR140H - CR160H.
The machine works in manual controlled by the operator, who has to manage completely the geometry of the bend and the advancement of the roller, the positioning of which is visualized on the two displays.

DESCRIPTION: Electronic control applicable to hydraulic versions CR131H - CR141H - CR161H.
The machine works in multi-run electronically controlled by a micro-processor which can be operated manually, in semi-automatic mode and automatic mode with the option to interrupt the work cycle to carry out checks. The software installed performs single radius bends or bends with three radii assuring correct repetition of the performance and the option to store in the memory up to 199 different single radius programs and 19 multi-radius programs.

DESCRIPTION: Electronic control applicable to versions CR130HAIM - CR140HAIM - CR160HAIM.
CN112 Numerical Control operated by a 32-bit processor, equipped with 4x20 LtCD and 32-button panel, which allows the performance of single-radius and multi-radii bends. It performs processing in single run with 50 programmes steps and 500 movement speeds of the lower rollers. The programming takes place by positioning of the bending roller, storing in the memory and subsequent automatic suggestions for different radii. In the HAIM version the roller rotation speed is variable, which allows the performance of very small bending radii and speeds up processing in the event of large radii. It also performs processing in multi-run on a single radius. For repetitive processing, we apply an automatic bar reader encoder and a photocell for start of cycle. Prepared with a RS232 serial connection for communication of data between PC and machine.

CNC 123

DESCRIPTION: Numerical control available with the hydraulic versions CR138CNCHEF - CR148CNCHEF. Maintaining the characteristics of the CNC series, the program is able to manage a photocell which controls the exact position of the bar, starting up the bending cycle and/or the action of the bar reading automatic encoder at the start and end of the bending cycle. The control consist of an industrial computer, 14" color monitor, and industrial keyboard. The multilingual software features an icon shape based programming system accepting radius, diameter, arch length, and angle information. Automatic springback capabilities, preloaded default formulas, and self-checking program allows for fast accurate programming of shapes with up to 12 radii stored on the hard drive for easy recall in single or multi-pass.

DESCRIPTION: Numerical control available with the hydraulic versions CR138IM - CR148IM.
It performs bending in single run with the possibility to program bends with 36 different radii on the same bar and controls over 500 positioning speeds of the bending roller. In addition to all the functions of the CNC 123 version controls, it is capable of controlling and managing the servo roller rotation speed automatically, allowing the performance of very small bending radii and speeding up processing in the event of larger radii.
