Features:
- Individual
solenoid valves with integrated circuit to
control individual motions separately extending
the life of hydraulic components.
- Three
step hydraulic oil flow system combines the
functions of cooling, contaminant sedimentation
and preventing deterioration.
- Bending
machines equipped with manual hydraulic flow
valves to control the speed of bending motion.
- Bending
motion controlled by positive stops to
increase
the accuracy of desired bending angles.
- Different
angle can be selected for each side to create
multiple bending sequences.
- Both
manual and automatic operations are available
and machines are equipped with Emergency Stop.
- The
main shaft is heat treated. All parts are
tested and assembled with strict quality control
to meet the specification of ISO 9002 and
CE standard.
